JOB DETAILS

Responsibilities:

- Oversee all aspects of hospitality operations, ensuring excellent guest experiences.
- Manage staff including recruiting, training, scheduling, and evaluating performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Monitor budgets, financial plans, and sales to ensure profitability.
- Establish and uphold high standards of cleanliness and service.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to maintain quality service and inventory.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations.
- Conduct regular meetings with staff to discuss operational goals and customer feedback.
- Work closely with other departments to create and execute promotional events and activities.

Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in hospitality management or similar roles.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Proven ability to develop and implement successful strategies.
- Capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in budgeting, financial analysis, and sales forecasting.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
- Familiarity with health and safety standards in the hospitality industry.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Certification in hospitality management or similar credentials is a plus.
- Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
