Job Description:
Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team of product designers to ensure design strategies align with overall product vision. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, and marketing to deliver comprehensive design solutions. - Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across product offerings. - Translate user research and data insights into innovative design solutions that enhance user experience. - Oversee and contribute to the creation of wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas. - Mentor and provide constructive feedback to junior designers to foster professional growth and skill development. - Ensure all design deliverables are on-brand, of high quality, and meet stakeholders' expectations. - Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies to ensure industry relevance. Requirements: - Proven experience as a Product Designer with at least 3-5 years in a managerial or lead role. - Strong portfolio showcasing user-centric design solutions. - Demonstrated expertise in UX/UI design, visual design, and information architecture. - Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc. - Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts clearly. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related field. - Experience designing for both web and mobile platforms. - Strong understanding of HTML/CSS; JavaScript knowledge is a plus. - Experience in conducting user research and usability testing. - Familiarity with agile methodologies and working in agile environments. Other: - Available to work in person full-time, requiring a collaborative, on-site presence.
