Our client Rankistan Digital Marketing Agency is looking for Inventory Coordinator in Lahore.

Job description:

Key Responsibilities: 

• Maintain and manage US stock inventory accurately.
• Perform regular stock counts, reconciliations, and updates in the inventory system.
• Track stock levels, identify discrepancies, and report variances.
• Coordinate with Chinese vendors regarding inventory, shipments, and replenishments.
• Communicate stock requirements and updates effectively, ensuring timely deliveries.
• Assist in forecasting inventory needs based on sales trends and historical data
• Document all inventory activities and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to ensure smooth inventory flow.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in inventory management, preferably with US stock.

• Familiarity with inventory softwares, shopify and basic data analysis.
• Excellent communication skills in English for vendor coordination.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Knowledge of international shipping and supply chain processes is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in e-commerce or retail inventory management.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills for reporting and tracking.
