𝗣𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿 – 𝗠𝗩/𝗟𝗩 𝗦𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗰𝗵𝗴𝗲𝗮𝗿

Location: Karachi (Hybrid)
Salary: PKR 80,000 – 150,000

Job Summary
Drive sales of Low Voltage (LV) & Medium Voltage (MV) switchgear to MEP contractors, EPCs, and industrial/commercial clients.
Combine technical electrical expertise with commercial acumen to secure consultant approvals and close high-value contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
Achieve sales targets & maintain gross margins
Identify new projects across residential, commercial, industrial & infrastructure sectors
Maintain strong client relationships for repeat business
Secure Approved Vendor List (AVL) approvals from consultants
Review SLDs & load schedules to propose the right solutions
Conduct technical presentations highlighting safety, IEC compliance & maintenance
Coordinate with estimation & proposal teams for accurate quotations
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and convert quotes into POs

Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelors in Electrical Engineering (B.E./BTech)
Technical Knowledge:
LV: MDB, SMDB, MCC, PFI, ATS, Synchronization Panels
MV: 11kV/33kV Switchgear, RMUs, Transformers, Substations
Experience
1–3 years in technical sales of Electrical Switchgear / Power Distribution
Existing network with MEP contractors or consultants (preferred)
