We are seeking a skilled Video Editor with 1-2 years of experience to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong eye for detail and a passion for storytelling through video content. This is a full-time, in-person role where you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects.

Responsibilities:
- Edit raw footage into engaging, high-quality video content for various platforms.
- Collaborate with directors, producers, and other team members to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Organize and manage video assets and archives.
- Ensure consistency and continuity in the storytelling and branding guidelines.
- Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to improve and refine the final products.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest video editing software, techniques, and industry trends.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Video Editor with 1 to 2 years in a professional setting.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating video editing skills.
- Excellent understanding of timing, pacing, and scene dynamics.
- Creative mind with storytelling skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Film, Communications, or a related field preferred, but not required with relevant experience.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with special effects, 3D, and compositing techniques is a plus.
- Knowledge of color grading and audio editing is advantageous.
