Key Roles

• Freight forwarding operations management & process optimization
  
• Shipment tracking, documentation, and regulatory compliance
  
• Team coordination between sales, warehouse, and logistics partners
  
• System administration and data integrity (Office 365, CRMs, ERPs)
  
• Cost control and KPI monitoring
  

Ideal Profile

• 2 to 4 years in logistics, supply chain, or freight forwarding operations
• Proficiency in modern tech stack (Office 365, CRMs, ERPs, automation tools)
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  
• Experience with shipment documentation (customs, HS codes, documentation)
  
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple workflows
  
• Basic knowledge of international shipping regulations preferred
