You will own HR for our telehealth operations, where doctors, paramedics, and support staff work onsite from centralized facilities to deliver digital healthcare services.
You report to senior leadership. Real ownership. Real accountability.
This is not a traditional HR role. You will run HR for a high-performance clinical environment.

What You'll Own

  • Full employee lifecycle management (hiring onboarding performance exit)
  • Recruitment of doctors, paramedics, and clinical support staff
  • Managing onsite workforce operations (attendance, shifts, discipline)
  • Performance management in a high-pressure clinical setup
  • Workforce planning based on consultation demand and shift coverage
  • Building HR processes tailored for telehealth + clinical environments
  • Handling employee relations independently — fast, practical resolution
  • Driving accountability and performance culture across teams
  • HR reporting and operational insights for leadership

Who We're Looking For

  • 3–5 years of HR experience (clinical / hospital / healthcare setup preferred)
  • Strong experience managing onsite operational teams
  • Ability to work independently and take full ownership
  • Comfortable dealing with doctors and medical staff
  • Strong grip on recruitment, HR operations, and performance management
  • Execution-focused — you solve problems, not escalate them
  • Can operate in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Hard Requirements

  • 100% onsite in Islamabad
  • Prior experience in healthcare / clinical / telehealth environments
  • High-stretch role — not a routine 9-to-5
