Head of Sales

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Sales to lead and manage our sales team and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies
  
• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team
  
• Set sales targets and ensure achievement of revenue goals
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
  
• Prepare sales reports and performance analysis
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a senior sales or leadership role
  
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
  
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  

Salary: PKR 100,000 – 150,000 (based on experience)
Location: DHA Phase 5
