Job Description

• Visit local markets, shops, and residential areas to generate new sales leads
• Onboard small merchants and household customers to retail logistics services
• Conduct kiosk activities in malls, universities, and high-footfall areas
• Distribute marketing materials to increase brand visibility
• Promote ongoing retail service campaigns in assigned regions
• Engage customers, explain services, and answer basic queries
• Support field activation and awareness drives
• Maintain daily reporting on field visits, lead generation, and conversions
• Share timely feedback on customer response and campaign performance
• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for smooth execution of activities
