Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound cold calls to potential clients to introduce products or services.
  • Develop and maintain an understanding of the company's offerings to effectively convey benefits.
  • Follow a script provided by the company to ensure consistency in messaging.
  • Record detailed notes and feedback from each call into the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Meet or exceed assigned call metrics and conversion targets on a regular basis.
  • Identify and qualify leads to hand off to the sales team for follow-up.
  • Adjust communication strategies and tactics based on client responses and needs.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor and build rapport with prospective customers.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar cold calling or telemarketing role.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of calls and maintain a positive attitude.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional sales training or education is a plus.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets in past roles.
  • Strong listening skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Availability to work on a part-time basis as per the agreed schedule.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining productive communication with the team.
