Role Description

  • This is a full-time on-site role based in Karachi Division for a Customer Service Executive. 
  • The primary responsibilities include ensuring customer satisfaction, enhancing customer retention, engaging with clients to provide exceptional support, and managing client accounts effectively.
  • The role also involves analyzing customer needs and resolving issues to build lasting relationships while enhancing processes to improve overall service quality.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Retention to ensure a positive client experience and foster loyalty.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, or a related field is preferred.
  • Knowledge of the FinTech industry or supply chain management is a plus.
