Salary: PKR 30,000 – 60,000 + Attractive Commission
Shift Timing: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Job Description:
We are looking for motivated and confident individuals to join our team as Call Center Agents. The role involves handling customer calls, providing support, and/or generating sales through inbound and outbound calls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
- Guide customers about products/services
- Resolve queries and complaints efficiently
- Maintain call records and customer data
- Achieve sales targets (for sales campaigns)
- Build strong customer relationships
Requirements:
- Good communication skills (Urdu & basic English)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Fresh & experienced candidates can apply
- Call center experience is a plus
