Location: Lahore
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: PKR 30,000 – 60,000 + Attractive Commission
Shift Timing: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Job Description:

We are looking for motivated and confident individuals to join our team as Call Center Agents. The role involves handling customer calls, providing support, and/or generating sales through inbound and outbound calls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
  • Guide customers about products/services
  • Resolve queries and complaints efficiently
  • Maintain call records and customer data
  • Achieve sales targets (for sales campaigns)
  • Build strong customer relationships

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills (Urdu & basic English)
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Fresh & experienced candidates can apply
  • Call center experience is a plus
