Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team in generating leads and prospecting potential clients through various channels.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and sales opportunities.
- Support the sales team in organizing and maintaining customer databases.
- Participate in sales calls and client meetings to learn from experienced sales professionals.
- Contribute to the preparation of sales presentations and proposals.
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to meet targets.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings and managing correspondence.
- Help maintain customer relationships through timely follow-up and communication.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance sales skills.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduate with a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive and motivated to learn about sales processes and techniques.
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles.
- Willingness to take on new challenges and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
Qualifications:
- Academic knowledge in sales, business, or marketing-related subjects.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
