Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team in generating leads and prospecting potential clients through various channels.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and sales opportunities.
  • Support the sales team in organizing and maintaining customer databases.
  • Participate in sales calls and client meetings to learn from experienced sales professionals.
  • Contribute to the preparation of sales presentations and proposals.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to meet targets.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings and managing correspondence.
  • Help maintain customer relationships through timely follow-up and communication.
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance sales skills.

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduate with a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive and motivated to learn about sales processes and techniques.
  • Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles.
  • Willingness to take on new challenges and adapt to a dynamic work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Academic knowledge in sales, business, or marketing-related subjects.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
