Responsibilities

• Design and develop project plans for a variety of construction and renovation projects.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure design specifications are met.
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings and models using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
• Conduct feasibility studies and analyses of potential building sites.
• Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and zoning laws.
• Oversee construction progress to ensure that work is carried out as planned and within budget.
• Coordinate with project teams to resolve design-related issues during the construction process.
• Review and approve detailed drawings and quality of materials, and provide technical guidance.
• Present design proposals to clients for approval and make necessary adjustments based on feedback.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Civil Architect with 3-5 years or more in the field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of completed architectural projects.
• Proficiency in architectural design software, including AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• In-depth understanding of building materials and construction methods.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly in both written and verbal forms.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and creative thinking ability.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional Architect license or certification preferred.
• Up-to-date knowledge of building standards and zoning regulations.

Work Environment:

• Primarily work will be conducted in an office setting, with regular site visits required.
• Must be able to work in-person and travel to construction sites as needed.
