Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced RPA Developer / Automation Developer / Intelligent Automation Developer to support the design, development, and deployment of automation solutions, with a strong focus on UiPath, AI-assisted development, and Python-based process automation. This role will contribute to digital transformation initiatives by automating critical workflows, improving operational efficiency, and delivering measurable business value.

The ideal candidate will bring a balanced mix of RPA, AI-enabled development, and scripting/automation experience, with the ability to work across enterprise platforms, browser-based workflows, and healthcare-related operations. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, design scalable solutions, and support successful implementation of automation projects.

Key Responsibilities
UiPath Solution Design and Development

• Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using UiPath.
  
• Build workflows, reusable components, custom activities, and API integrations to support business and operational needs.
  
• Ensure automation solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with established standards.
  
• Support deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of automations using UiPath Orchestrator and related platform capabilities.
  

Intelligent Automation and AI-Enabled Development

• Leverage AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, and similar platforms to accelerate prototyping, improve development productivity, and solve complex logic or workflow challenges.
  
• Identify opportunities to combine traditional RPA with AI-enabled approaches to improve automation outcomes.
  
• Contribute to the development of more intelligent, adaptive, and efficient automation solutions.

Python and Process Automation

• Develop process automation scripts and solutions using Python.
  
• Apply hands-on experience with automation and testing tools/frameworks such as Selenium, WebDriver, and Cypress for browser and workflow automation use cases.
  
• Support hybrid automation scenarios that combine UiPath with Python-based scripting and external tools where appropriate.

Healthcare Process Automation

• Identify and automate key healthcare workflows, including processes involving EHR/EMR systems and related operational platforms.
  
• Support integration of automation solutions with healthcare systems while maintaining compliance with applicable standards and requirements.
  
• Contribute to improving administrative and operational efficiency through practical automation opportunities.

Process Analysis and Technical Review

• Work with business and technical stakeholders during process discovery and requirements gathering.
  
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and automation designs.
  
• Participate in code reviews, technical reviews, and quality checks to ensure maintainability, functionality, and adherence to best practices.

Governance and Continuous Improvement

• Contribute to RPA standards, reusable assets, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  
• Support best practices in development, deployment, and lifecycle management.
  
• Assist in strengthening the overall maturity and effectiveness of the automation program.

Qualifications and Skills
UiPath Expertise

• Strong proficiency in UiPath Studio, UiPath Orchestrator, Computer Vision, and familiarity with advanced capabilities such as AI Center and Document Understanding.
  
• Experience designing and delivering automation solutions using UiPath in enterprise environments.
  

AI and Modern Development Approach

• Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or similar tools to improve prototyping speed, development quality, and problem-solving efficiency.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and accuracy.
  

Python and Automation Skills

• Strong working knowledge of Python for process automation and scripting.
  
• Hands-on experience with Selenium, WebDriver, and/or Cypress for browser automation, workflow automation, or testing-related automation.
  
• Familiarity with API integrations and automation across web-based systems is preferred.
  

Experience

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in AI Automation (Uipath).
  
• Proven track record of delivering automation solutions in enterprise or operational environments; healthcare industry experience is preferred.
  
• Experience supporting automation projects from development through deployment is highly desirable.
  
• Broader experience across RPA, AI-enabled development, and Python/browser automation is highly valued.
