Job Title: Logistics Operations Executive 

Market: USA (International) 

Salary: Up to PKR 100,000 + Incentives 

Shift: Night Shift (USA Timings)

Experience Required: 2–4 Years (USA Truck Dispatch – Mandatory)

Job Responsibilities:

• Dispatch and manage trucks operating in the USA market. 
• Book profitable loads using DAT, Truckstop, and other load boards.
• Plan routes and ensure on-time pickups & deliveries 
• Monitor drivers via GPS / ELD systems and ensure HOS compliance
• Communicate with drivers, brokers, and shippers professionally.
• Use TMS / FMS software (Samsara, Motive, Motive/Keep Trucking, Trimble, etc.)
• Negotiate rates with brokers and carriers
• Track shipments and provide updates to customers
• Prepare invoices and manage basic accounting via QuickBooks
• Resolve delays, breakdowns, and operational issues

Required Skills & Tools:

• Strong experience in USA International Truck Dispatching.
• Hands-on experience with:
  • DAT Load Board / Truckstop
  • TMS & Fleet Management Systems
  • GPS Tracking & ELD / HOS Rules
  • Route planning tools (PC*MILER)
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • IT / Call Center background preferred
  • Ability to work in night shift
