Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Electrical Estimation / Proposal Engineer with 3-5 years of hands-on experience in LV/MV Switchgear & Panel Building to join our growing team. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Review RFQs, tender documents, SLDs, and electrical load schedules.
  
• Prepare accurate cost estimates for LV/MV panels including MDBs, SMDBs, MCCs, Capacitor Banks, and RMUs.
  
• Select compliant switchgear components from approved vendors such as Siemens, Schneider, and ABB.
  
• Prepare detailed BOMs considering materials, labor hours, and overheads.
  
• Develop technical & commercial proposals with clear scope, compliance statements, and deviations.
  
• Coordinate with sales, design, and engineering teams for pricing strategy and technical validation.
  
• Liaise with vendors to secure competitive project pricing.
  
• Support post-tender technical clarifications and proposal revisions.
