Our client Venus Group of Companies is looking for Food Service Manager in Karachi.

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the food service department, ensuring efficient and high-quality service.
Develop, implement, and maintain food safety and sanitation standards.
Manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure products are properly stocked.
Train, schedule, and supervise food service staff to ensure optimal performance.
Coordinate with chefs and kitchen staff to plan menus and estimate food and beverage costs.
Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and appropriately.
Develop and implement strategies to improve overall customer experience and service efficiency.
Monitor financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, and managing costs.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and other relevant laws.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Food Service Manager or in a similar managerial role within the food service industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent problem-solving and customer service abilities.
Capable of working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple tasks concurrently.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management or culinary arts is a plus.
Certification in food safety or sanitation is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with point-of-sale systems.
Excellent communication skills.

Working Conditions:
