Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the hospitality department, ensuring efficient and smooth service.
  • Manage and train hospitality staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and streamline processes.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards within all hospitality functions.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure cohesive service delivery and a seamless guest experience.
  • Handle guest complaints, requests, and inquiries with professionalism and promptness.
  • Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain budgetary controls for the department.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the premises to ensure cleanliness and operational readiness.
  • Plan and oversee special events, ensuring they are executed successfully.
  • Prepare reports on occupancy, service quality, and departmental performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in hospitality management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of leading a successful hospitality team.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of hospitality standards, protocols, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hospitality management systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • CPR and first aid certification is a plus.
  • Willingness to continuously improve guest services and department efficiency.
