About Us
Rankistan is a fast-growing Digital Marketing & E-commerce company helping brands scale through data-driven strategies and performance marketing. We are looking for a detail-oriented Account Executive / QuickBooks Specialist who can efficiently manage financial records and support the accounting operations of our e-commerce business.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage company accounts using QuickBooks
  
• Record daily financial transactions including sales, expenses, invoices, and payments
  
• Reconcile bank statements and financial reports
  
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
  
• Prepare profit & loss reports, financial summaries, and expense tracking
  
• Handle vendor payments and invoice processing
  
• Support monthly and yearly financial closing
  
• Maintain proper documentation of all financial records
  
• Coordinate with management regarding financial insights and budgeting
  

Requirements

• 1–2 years of accounting experience in an E-commerce business
  
• Strong hands-on experience with QuickBooks
  
• Knowledge of financial reporting and bookkeeping
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
  
• Understanding of online payment gateways and e-commerce transactions is a plus
  
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience handling e-commerce financial operations (Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, etc.)
  
• Basic knowledge of tax compliance and financial regulations
