Role Overview

We are hiring a Growth Analyst to work directly with the leadership team to design, execute, and scale our go-to-market (GTM) initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys experimentation, data-driven decision-making, and hands-on execution across multiple growth channels.

You will leverage modern, AI-driven tools and technologies to accelerate learning and impact across sales, marketing, and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Support leadership in planning and executing GTM and growth strategies
  
• Analyze performance across sales, marketing, and outreach channels
  
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and growth metrics
  
• Run experiments to improve lead generation, conversion, and retention
  
• Use AI tools to automate research, outreach, and analysis workflows
  
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams on growth initiatives
  
• Identify new growth opportunities, tools, and processes

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
  
• Comfort working with data, spreadsheets, dashboards, and CRM tools
  
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  
• Clear communication and collaboration skills
  
• High ownership, curiosity, and willingness to experiment

Preferred (Nice to Have)

• Experience in growth, analytics, sales ops, or marketing ops
  
• Familiarity with AI tools, automation, or SaaS products
  
• Background in B2B, logistics, or technology companies
