We are currently looking for a driven and technically sound Business Development Executive to drive sustainable revenue growth and build long-term client relationships in the chemical sector!

Position Overview:
In this role, you will develop new business opportunities, manage existing accounts, and promote chemical actives. You will be at the forefront of driving business initiatives within the Personal Care, Home Care, and Pesticide segments, combining technical expertise with market development capabilities.

Minimum Requirements:

Education: B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry (Highly Preferred due to the technical nature of the role) OR BBA / MBA (Sales / Marketing) with relevant chemical sales experience.
Experience: 2-3 years in business development, sales, or technical sales within the chemical industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop, and convert new opportunities in targeted segments.
  Achieve assigned sales targets in line with company growth plans.
• Position and promote chemical actives through technical discussions and solution-based selling.
• Conduct regular client visits to understand formulation requirements, application challenges, and commercial expectations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with formulators, procurement teams, and key decision-makers.
• Track market trends, competitor activity, and emerging industry needs.
  Ideal Candidate Profile:
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and expand customer portfolios.
• Strong technical understanding of chemical actives and applications.
• Excellent commercial, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
• Bonus: Exposure to personal care, home care, or pesticide formulations is a strong advantage.
