JOB DETAILS

As a Key Accounts & Sales Manager, youll play a dual role – managing top-tier client relationships while actively pursuing new business opportunities. Youll be responsible for client retention, upselling Smartlanes suite of services, and driving new partnerships with e-commerce businesses across Pakistan.

What Youll Be Doing
Key Account Management:

  • Own and grow relationships with key clients, acting as their strategic partner and day-to-day contact.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, track delivery success, return rates, COD settlements, and address any escalations.
  • Identify client pain points and match them with relevant Smartlane products (Smart Delivery, Smart Settlements, Smart Finance).
  • Work cross-functionally with operations, tech, and finance teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
  • Drive upsell/cross-sell initiatives based on usage trends and business needs.

Sales & Business Development:

  • Identify and reach out to potential e-commerce brands, aggregators, and logistics partners.
  • Pitch Smartlanes value proposition with a consultative approach – understanding client needs and recommending tailored solutions.
  • Prepare proposals, close deals, and onboard new clients in collaboration with the operations team.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline, track progress in CRM tools, and meet monthly sales targets.
  • Represent Smartlane at industry events, expos, and online communities to build brand presence and generate leads.

What Were Looking For

  • 3–5 years of experience in a hybrid account management and B2B sales role (experience in logistics, fintech, Digital agency or SaaS is a plus).
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and retention targets.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to work with CRM systems and analyze dashboards.
  • Self-starter who can manage multiple accounts and prospects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) and COD models is a strong advantage.
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a bonus.
