Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients regarding buying, selling, or leasing residential or commercial properties.
- Develop and maintain a professional relationship with customers to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
- Conduct property evaluations, market analysis, and financial feasibility studies to offer effective solutions to clients.
- Facilitate property transactions including coordinating with legal professionals, financial advisors, and other stakeholders.
- Stay updated on market trends, housing laws, and industry regulations to provide the most current advice to clients.
- Prepare and present detailed sales and purchase reports for clients, highlighting potential risks and opportunities.
- Assist clients in securing property financing and navigating the mortgage process.
- Network and build robust relationships with real estate professionals, developers, and builders to enhance business opportunities.
- Attend property shows, expos, and other industry events to stay informed and promote company services.
Requirements:
- Proven experience of 3-5 years as a Real Estate Consultant or similar role.
- Strong understanding of the real estate market and property laws.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to perform accurate market and data analysis.
- Outstanding negotiation and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and sustain client relationships.
- Familiarity with real estate management software and tools.
- Ability to travel to client locations and conduct property tours in person.
- Licensed as a real estate agent or broker as required in the operating region.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Certified Real Estate Consultant (CRE) or equivalent accreditation is an advantage.
- Proven track record in property sales or leasing.
Work Environment:
- This is a full-time, in-person position requiring regular interaction with clients and property visits.
- Must be comfortable working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client schedules.
