About the Role
This is a hands-on, on-ground role where you bring Blink POS to life at client locations. You'll install hardware, configure software, train staff, and ensure smooth go-live. You are the bridge between product and real-world operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and configure POS hardware, including terminals, printers, and scanners
- Set up and customize Blink POS software based on client requirements
- Train store teams on effective system usage and best practices
- Troubleshoot on-site issues and ensure operational readiness
- Support smooth and successful client go-live processes
- Coordinate with product and support teams for escalations and issue resolution
What We're Looking For
- Technical aptitude and comfort with hardware/software setups
- Strong communication skills for client training
- Problem-solving mindset under pressure
- Willingness to travel within city/region
- Experience in POS, IT support, or field operations preferred
Nice to Have
- Experience with retail or F&B operations
